1. Overview
This website is operated by Nutrii Value. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nutrii Value. By accessing our site and/or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
2. Health & Beauty Disclaimer (Canadian Standards)
Notice: Products sold on this site are for cosmetic or wellness purposes. They are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Health Canada Compliance: We strive to ensure all products comply with the Cosmetic Regulations under the Food and Drugs Act of Canada.
Adverse Reactions: It is the user’s responsibility to review ingredient lists for potential allergens. We recommend a patch test before full application. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
No Medical Claims: Any information provided regarding the benefits of ingredients is for educational purposes and has not been evaluated as a “drug” claim by Health Canada unless specifically stated.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Currency: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Sales Tax: Purchases are subject to applicable federal and provincial sales taxes (GST, HST, and/or PST) based on the shipping destination within Canada.
Errors: We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies, even after an order has been submitted.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within Canada. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Returns and Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal nature of health and beauty products, and for the safety of our customers:
Opened Products: We generally cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic/skincare items unless the product is defective.
Notification: Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 3 days of receipt.
6. Privacy and Data Security
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with PIPEDA and, where applicable, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). By providing your email, you only receive marketing communications if you have provided express “opt-in” consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of your province of residence, Nutrii Value shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
