Choose from cost-effective delivery via Canada Post Regular Parcel, faster transit times with Xpresspost, or high-priority shipping through Priority. For heavy or oversized orders, we utilize specifically trained freight forwarders to ensure secure handling.

Exchange or Return of Goods
At Nutrii Value, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all factory seals intact. If a product has been opened or the seal is broken, we cannot accept it for a return due to health and safety regulations.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- The original safety seal is broken or the packaging has been opened;
- The product shows signs of use or tampering;
- The original receipt or proof of purchase from our online store is missing;
- Any promotional items or gifts included with the original purchase are not returned.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within the timeframe established by Canadian consumer protection guidelines.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Canada Post tracking number. You can use this number on the Canada Post website to see the most up-to-date status of your delivery. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your tracking information becomes active. If your estimated delivery date has passed by more than 3 business days, please contact our support team.
We follow the Canada Post holiday schedule. Deliveries are not made on national or provincial statutory holidays (such as Canada Day, Civic Holidays, or Thanksgiving). If your delivery date falls on a holiday, your package will be delivered on the next available business day.
Yes! We ship to all valid Canadian postal codes, including rural routes, remote areas, and PO Boxes via Canada Post. Please note that shipping times to the Territories (YT, NT, NU) or remote northern regions may take slightly longer than our standard estimates.
Since we do not offer next-day delivery, we prioritize reliable transit. Standard shipping via Canada Post Regular Parcel typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your province. If you need your beauty essentials sooner, you can select Xpresspost at checkout for faster delivery (usually 2–3 business days).
In most cases, no. Canada Post will deliver your package to your mailbox or a secure community locker. If the package is too large or a secure location isn’t available, the carrier will leave a “Delivery Notice Card” indicating which local post office you can visit to pick up your items. For your protection, high-value orders may require a signature.
