I got these because of the type of folate it has, its surprisingly hard to find a prenatal that isn't folic acid (sythetic that a lot of bodies can't process), so i'm very glad i've found these and all the vitamins it has as well. Just need DHA/omega and you're good to go! I was taking so many different pills to make up for the lack of what my centrum prenatal didn't have. Will continue to buy, the extra price is worth it. I should mention you have to take four a day so be prepared for that but its worth it as is the price, this brand is ace.

I’ve been taking these on and off for years and every time I go off them I notice right away how dull my hair starts to look and my energy dips a bit then when I take them regularly again I just feel so much better all around!
